Overview: Lost Queenpost pony truss bridge over Middle River on Bayfield Road in Amnicon
Location: Amnicon, Douglas County, Wisconsin
Status: Replaced by new bridge
History: Built 1929-1930; Replaced 1998
Design: Bolter, timber pony truss, queenpost configuration, wood deck, wood curb and wood railings. It was the only queenpost pony truss in Wisconsin when it was removed. It was reportedly sold to a private party that reassembled it on private property.
Dimensions: Total length: 40.8 ft.
Deck width: 13.8 ft.
