This is the 2004 "replica bridge" that replaced the 1928 filled spandrel concrete arch bridge. The new structure uses deep archlike steel beams to mimic its predecessor.
This description appears to be the arch bridge located at Maumee, Ohio. It has been replaced a few years ago with a concrete structure simular to the one in Napoleon, Ohio. The new bridge is a wider and is designed in what is called a "replica bridge". Modern construction with design elements taking cues from the past. I will send pics of the replacement bridge in the near future.
