Enochs Knob Road Bridge

i've spent a lot of time at this bridge. my friend used to live on the same road and we used to walk down there in the middle of the night when we knew people were partying there and we'd sneak up and scare the living crap out of them! people are too easily scared when it comes to legends and myths of ghosts and such.

that being said, i HAVE had a few strange occurrences there myself which may or may not have been related to the supernatural. i've seen the red glowing eyes in the darkness that someone spoke of earlier, but the mind is a powerful thing and it can easily play tricks on itself.

and whoever said there are no dogs anywhere near the bridge is dead wrong. there's at least three that i know of, and probably more.

i'd have to say that overall it's a pretty cool place, and i cherish many memories of hanging out there. long live enochs knob road bridge! (and the chicken shack, for those of you who know what i'm talkin' about).

You need to get a mental evaluation, or stop doing drugs, if you've ever seen or talked to a ghost.

There is nothing there. I've spent more time on that bridge than all of you combined, and NEVER saw any ghosts, demon dogs, or hand prints, and certainly never talked to a ghost.

I have been there twice. Once early in the morning (When it was light out) and once after dark. You have to wait for the moon to go down before shit happens. Because if there is any light, they get scared. This happens around 2 am. I have seen and talked to a ghost on that bridge, if you try to make friends with them you will learn not to be scared. Usually other ghosts will come out if you are there long enough attempting to actually find them. But it's hard to catch any evidence out there with camera's because the energy drains the batteries. So if you are serious about the ghost hunting and not just up there to fuck around, then YES it is haunted.

I have been there probably 10 times, different parts of the day, for long periods of time and haven't heard or seen anything. Until you get some video proof, this shit isn't haunted.

I've been out there a few times with friends. Some of my friends believe in it and others don't. As of now I'm one of them that don't believe in the hauntings, because nothing has happend to me yet. I'll try some of the other things posted on here like sitting on the bridge and the demondog chant. I think it would be awesome to see the old ghost guy walking towards me. Hopefully something will happen. I really want to experience the "ghosts" or "hauntings". The only people that I know that have had an "experience" is my friends parents and their friends. They drove across the bridge, and took as many pictures as possible. In one of the pictures if you zoom in you can see a ghost guy walking across a bridge and some red orbs. I have yet to see the pictures, but if I do get a hold of it, I'll upload it on this later.

BS. The "little kid hand prints" are probably hallucinations from all that ganj you were smoking. This bridge is not haunted. Although very creepy.

The brigde is alittle haunted not many big things happen besides u mite hear barks and when u are in a car in the middle of the brigde with ur windows up and u make it smoky up in there u get little kid hand prints and if u take pics at night u get orbs so u mite get something or u dont

This bridge IS NOT haunted. I've spent a lot of time here when I was in high school. We spent virtually every day and every weekend with countless parties. Although the bridge and area are creepy.

We've even tried doing the honk your horn 3 times and flash your lights 3 times at midnight, with no results.

i have been to that bridge a few times, the first time we were in my friends brand new truck and her lights on the window buttons started flickering on and off we didn't get out that time because we saw little red beady eyes as we were pulling up. the second time we came with a very large group and one of the girls was standing close to the rail and felt something try to pull her down. the third time me and a small group of friends decided to go play dare ya... my best friend sat on the very end of the bridge with us at the other end with no lights for 10 mins, when he came back he had what looked like blood all over his hands and shirt. another time i came out there with just one other person we stood in the middle of the bridge just looking at the water watching as it looked like a log was floating closer to us. the log dissapears and imediatly the bridge starts to shake, yes this bridge is old but nobody was moving on this thing to shake it the way it did. i dont know to many stories of what is haunting this bridge i only knew one of the guys that was involved in the drug death, they knew the guy and killed him because "drug deal gone bad" i guess... This bridge is very haunted!!! if you want to get chills down your spine go there and sit with no lights and no moon...

Tonight i am going out there to see whats up because some people say its haunted and ohters don't. i am doing a research paper on the bridge and tommorow i will get back on here and let you know what happened.

i recently visited this bridge, it is not new, it was built in 1908. 4 people have dies, a young man jumped off the bridge one night after an enochs party, which always involves alcohol. a young boy fell off the bridge a VERY long time ago when the bridge was still ver unstable, the hole in which he fell through can still be seen, although there have been many attempts to cover it up. recently in 2005, a man was killed at the bridge by a few teenagers. the teens were visiting the bridge, the man was supposedly making meth somewhere near the bridge, the teens saw him and what he was doing, he gave them a hard time, possibly threating them, so, they killed him, they left him under the bridge for a few days, then came back and burned him under a car.

if you go here late at night many odd things will happen, dogs barking, although no dogs live any where near by, they start very far away and in a matter of seconds are surrounding you from all directions, no dogs can be seen unless "demondog" is chanted three times.

ummm...you all are gay...have you even been there? i mean its old, made in 1908! 4 people on record have died on it, and its haunted...IVE SEEN SHIT ON THAT BRIDGE!!!

This bridge is fucking haunted!! My friends and I went down there around midnight and we saw a fucking ghost! IT was a man standing at the far end of the bridge clear as day! He was staring straight at us, and then he started walking toward us and we all freaked and ran for our lives! Whatever you do don't go alone and turn your car around BEFORE you go on the bridge! That way you can escape faster!!

this bridge is haunted. if anyone has any reports or info on who 'eric' is, please email me. if you want to get scared, go out there one night. you wont be disappointed.
