Overview

If one is going west (or north) on Old Taylorsville Road one will find this old abandoned stone arch bridge about 75-100 yards up the road from the Chenoweth Run Bridge (See Chenoweth Run Bridge and pics), which is also an old stone arch bridge. The bridge is directly across the street from a water treatment/sewage facility. Perhaps, and it is very likely, that this was the bridge replaced by the old (newer) Taylorsville Road bridge. Anyone having more information and details about this bridge please feel free to leave your comments.

Eastern End of Bridge

Notice the decorative pylon on the left. At this time only two adorn the bridge and they are both on the east end of the structure.
